Customer Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the products purchased, please contact Autobruder 4WD Store for a RGA number. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original container and condition and the product must not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer’s documentation. No returns after 5 days of the delivered day. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds do not include shipping costs. The customer will need to pay the return shipping cost. On exchange of defective products, Autobruder 4WD Store will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. No refunds or exchanges on any special order item.

Product Warranties

Autobruder 4WD Store does not offer or extend warranty coverage outside the coverage offered by the original manufacturer.

Defective or Missing Items

If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please immediately contact Autobruder 4WD Store. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt or delivered day.
